Security Policy

We know security is a crucial part of our service to you. At Intrica, our security policy is a top priority. We provide state-of-the-art security to protect your data. We devote significant resources to continually develop and enhance our security and operations infrastructure. The result is that we maintain a very high level of security and privacy of your information.
Our servers are hosted at secure data centres. These network-connected secure commercial buildings built for the housing of telecommunications and IT infrastructure. Co-location facilities provide space, power, cooling, and physical security for the server, storage, and networking equipment.
The data centres we use all have state-of-the-art fire protection systems, cabinets and cages for physical access control. Air conditioning is used to control the temperature and humidity in the server space with low-impedance electrical ground also. All operate N+1 redundancy to protect against failure of any component.

Data Protection
All data entered into Intrica systems is stored in Europe in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act. We subscribe to and abide by the terms of this Act and GDPR regulations.

SSL Data Encryption
We offer SSL as an option for all our hosted sites, we offer 256-bit SSL certification from industry leading certification. https:// and the lock icon in the browser shows that your data is fully secure while in transit over the web.

Vulnerability Analysis
Vulnerability analysis, also known as vulnerability assessment, is a process that defines, identifies, and classifies the security holes (vulnerabilities) in a computer, network, or communications infrastructure. Our servers and solutions are regularly tested using dedicated security teams, software and security focus groups. We can also offer individual penetration testing services for client’s websites.
