Your interview process:
Your interview will be with the Managing Director and a team leader. At your interview, you may be asked to explain or demonstrate the skills you have – especially those listed in the essential requirements. Don’t be nervous, bring your personality with you! We want the interview to bring out the best in you, and show your suitability for the team.
Following the interview, you will undertake a written technical test – again trying to ascertain your skills and suitability for the role. We may need to see samples of your code to determine your style and proficiency.
The whole process should take no more than 90 minutes, after which we hope to be able to make a decision. In some circumstances it may be necessary for a second interview.
