We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with every purchase from Intrica. Our reputation depends on it! If however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read the following policy in addition to any additional terms and conditions which may apply to individual products.
Domain names
Once you have instructed us to register or renew a domain name, refunds are not normally allowed unless Intrica (and/or it's systems) have made an error.
Hosting - 30 day money back guarantee
If you are not happy with your hosting package, simply get in contact within 30 days of the activation to receive your money back - no questions asked.
This guarantee does not normally apply to managed server solutions which require you to enter a minimum contract. You may withdraw within seven days of confirming your order, providing the service has not yet commenced. In this event, any setup fees will still be payable.
Trustdata Backup Service - Free Trial
We offer a seven day free trial on Trustdata products, and should you agree to commence the paid service, refunds are not normally allowed.
In the event that you no longer require the service during the contract period, we may reduce the contract to the minimum subscription for the remainder of the contract.
Boxed software purchases
We are happy to refund the purchase of any software within seven days of purchase providing the software has not been opened, used, or otherwise damaged. The shrink-wrap and/or security seals must still be in place.
Postage costs are not normally refundable unless we have sent a product in error, and you must return the item to our offices at your cost.
Consultancy/Contract Work, including website design and office support
Please refer to the individual contract terms and conditions in the proposal document.
